教学及科研情况

现主要承担“眼科学”“屈光手术”等课程的教学。以第一或者通信作者发表SCI论文120余篇，中文论文50余篇。授权专利33项，其中发明专利2项。获国家级奖项2项，教育部奖2项，上海市科技进步奖5项，共计9项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，省部级课题10项。主编书籍6部。

入选“中国好医生”（中央文明办，国家卫生健康委员会）、国家卫生健康突出贡献中青年专家、上海市十佳医生、上海医务工匠、教育部“新世纪人才”计划、上海市领军人才计划、上海市优秀学术带头人计划，beat365体育亚洲官网“世纪之星”、上海市卫生局“优秀医苑新星”、上海市科教系统“科技创新青年”、上海“银蛇奖”二等奖获得者，获上海市卫生系统“医务职工科技创新标兵”、上海医务工会创新人才奖、带领团队获中华眼科学会视光学学组全国年度团队奖。

现任beat365体育亚洲官网附属眼耳鼻喉科医院院长。

兼任上海市视光学联盟主任，中华医学会激光医学分会第九届委员会全国副主委, 教育部全国综合防控儿童青少年近视专家宣讲团副团长，中华医学会视光医师学会委员，亚太近视眼学会学术秘书。

曾任上海激光医学专业委员会眼科组组长，上海眼科学会视光学与屈光手术学组委员。亚太眼科学杂志（APJO）的编委，the Lancet, JRS、JCRS Ophthalmology、IOVS、BJO等期刊审稿人。
